PHASE I
Phase one is underway and currently offering assistance with food, clothing, shelter, financial support, and transportation.

PHASE II
Secure a building to open a center that will provide a physical place for those in need to apply for assistance and receive emergency relief. The center will immediately begin serving hot and cold meals, and begin community outreach and support to the elderly.
PHASE III
Rise in Love will utilize the center to provide programming and training for adults and children. Classes will include a series on life skills, cooking, money management, effective parenting, and financial planning for adults. The center will offer art, nutrition, physical education, safety, and drug awareness programs for all children as well as after school care programs, homework help, and tutoring assistance for at risk children.
The center will begin hosting monthly visits from professional services offering assistance for medical, dental,optical, legal, financial, and employment. Ongoing services and education assistance will be available to help those who desire to further their education achieve that goal and help young people see the possibility of a different future through continuing their education.
Rise in Love will expand services to include long term support. Clients who are eligible for long term support must commit to on-site classes and training as deemed necessary by the advocate and agreed to by the client. Long term assistance is defined as any client needing regular assistance extending beyond 90 days.
PHASE IV & V
Rise in Love will begin the development and launch of short and long term housing. Housing will be provided by Rise in Love and through outside organizations to qualified applicants. Rise in Love will begin opening other locations in neighboring cities and work to grow nationally.
